Call for reservations during normal business hours only.  We are open every day at 7:30AM.  There is no voicemail/answering machine so you must talk with a real, live human being to confirm your reservation.  Our number is (716) 805-7057

Reservations are for buffet only.  You do not need a reservation to order the buffet, however, to best guarantee a seat at your preferred time, a reservation is very strongly recommended.

A designated number of seats are available for reservation "on the hour" and "on the half-hour" from 9AM to 2:30PM.  Seating time is limited to 1hr15min.  Once the designated number of seats are full for a given period of time, no additional reservations will be accepted.  Therefore, make sure you have an accurate count BEFORE you call or we might not be able to accommodate "add-on's" at a later time.

Your seating time will not be extended for any person(s) who arrive late so if you have one of "those guys" in your party...lie to them and tell them the reservation is for an earlier time than it really is!

Any party not present 15 minutes after their scheduled reservation time will lose their reservation.

LASTLY... PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE with your reservation... we said please! Show up with the number of people for whom you reserved. For goodness sake, don't ghost us! We don't take kindly to last minute cancellations and/or no shows!  If you have the reservation, it means someone else does not!
